United Blood Services & The Thunderbirds Step Up To Keep Blood Supply On Par

More blood transfusions are required in January than any other month of the year. That’s why The Thunderbirds, the hosts of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, have stepped up to make sure the New Year starts out on par for patients across Arizona. All Jan. 1 – 15 United Blood Services donors will receive a voucher for a free ticket to the Waste Management Phoenix Open in appreciation for replenishing Arizona’s blood supply following the holiday season.

Flo Rida to Headline Wednesday Night of Coors Light Birds Nest

GRAMMY-nominated rapper and songwriter Flo Rida is the latest artist announced to the music lineup to the Coors Light Birds Nest – the popular entertainment venue at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Flo Rida made his first appearance at the Coors Light Birds Nest in 2017 and will be joined by repeat performer Kelley James on Wednesday, Jan. 31.

OneRepublic to Headline Coors Light Birds Nest Friday Lineup

GRAMMY-nominated American pop-rock quintet OneRepublic is the latest lineup addition to the Coors Light Birds Nest – the popular entertainment venue at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. OneRepublic is making its first appearance at the Coors Light Birds Nest and will take the stage on Friday, Feb. 2. The evening is being presented by Hakkasan Nightclub, voted #1 nightclub in North America.

WM Phoenix Open Unveils 16th Hole Logo

The Waste Management Phoenix Open has unveiled a logo for their signature 16th stadium-hole. The three-level stadium features skyboxes, suites, and general admission bleacher seats. Snagging one of the general admission seats can be a tough task which usually means getting there extremely early and running fast or waiting in a lengthy line outside of the stadium.

Andrew Magee – Back on 17 at WM Phoenix Open

Thunderbirds Charity Spotlight – Phoenix Art Museum Teen Engagement Initiative

There have been a number of changes at the Phoenix Art Museum under the leadership of Amanda Cruz and her team, starting with the Teen Engagement Initiative, a program that offers a community alternative  for safe programming for teenagers and a place to hang out and express themselves.  Thunderbirds Charities has been instrumental in this program from the beginning, and are proud to see all of the great things happening at the Phoenix Art Museum.
