Whether it’s your first time at TPC Scottsdale for the WM Phoenix Open or you’re a seasoned vet, it’s always good to brush up on the do’s and don’ts of “The People’s Open.” Let this be your guide to having the best time at the tournament. Here, you’ll also find updates on general tournament information, ticket info, dates and times of specific venues and more.

New Entrance

The WM Phoenix Open entrance area will look a little different this year and feature a slightly different entry point into the tournament. That doesn’t mean, however, you’ll have to change your plans when you arrive at “The People’s Open.” Just keep an eye out for signage and you’ll be fine.

Parking Information

All of the grass field parking lots will remain closed on Friday.

Lots 2-6 parking pass holders are being directed to park at the NW corner of Hayden and Mayo. Lot 8 parking pass holders are being directed to park at Westworld. Primary general parking will be at Westworld and Salt River Fields.  All parking and shuttles are FREE.   Rideshare and Stop N Drop are HIGHLY encouraged.

Some parking information has changed since last year. Make sure to check back regularly leading up to your tournament visit to ensure you have the most up-to-date information and welcome to “The People’s Open.”

Souvenir Cups on 16

Lucky enough to get a seat at the loudest hole in golf? This year it gets even better. All beer and hard seltzer purchases come with a free, commemorative cup courtesy of the WM Phoenix Open. All beer and hard seltzer served at the iconic 16th hole will be poured into these cups, so make sure to hold on to yours!

RESPECT messaging

Respect goes a long way, especially at the WM Phoenix Open. Remember, when at “The People’s Open,” make sure to RESPECT THE PLAYERS, RESPECT THE GAME AND RESPECT EACH OTHER.

New Merchandise Tent

There’s only one place, in the world, where fans of “The People’s Open” can score official gear – the WM Phoenix Open merchandise tent. That tent is now five times bigger than in the past. Score anything and everything WM Phoenix Open, from simple things like logoed golf balls to framed prints, shirts, hats, socks and everything in between. The new merchandise tent is adjacent to the revamped Talking Stick Resort Fan Zone. You can’t miss it.

Weather policy

Please observe on-course scoreboards and digital signage for messaging and updates regarding storms and weather. Please advise and follow all instructions provided by tournament officials, which may include seeking safe shelter or exiting the premises. In the event of dangerous weather – avoid the following: hilltops/high places; golf carts; temporary structures; trees; wire fencing. A prolonged blast on an air horn, repeated once, will indicate that tournament play has been suspended, all attendees should seek safe shelter immediately. Two short blasts of an air horn, repeated once, will indicate play has resumed.

Autographs

The only place to score an autograph from your favorite TOUR players or celebrities playing in the Annexus Pro-Am is in DESIGNATED autograph zones located near the Driving Range and the cart pad near the Clubhouse. That means no autographs on course. What does “on course” mean? Glad you asked. Anywhere outside of DESIGNATED autograph zones.
