If Wednesday at the WM Phoenix Open feels a little bigger, louder, and more electric than most Pro-Am days, there’s a reason.

The 2026 Annexus Pro-Am brings together an all-star mix of professional athletes, entertainers, musicians and Olympians for one of the most anticipated days of tournament week, turning TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium Course into a showcase of star power and personality before competition officially ramps up.

Headlining the field are some of the biggest names in professional sports. Major League Baseball stars Mookie Betts, Alex Bregman and Cal Raleigh will trade batting gloves for golf clubs, while Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time, returns for another appearance in the Annexus Pro-Am. NFL fans will see three-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce in action, joined by Arizona Cardinals standouts Trey McBride, Budda Baker and Zaven Collins, who bring a strong local connection to the day.

The lineup also features icons across multiple generations and sports, including Larry Fitzgerald Jr., NFL Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith, and two-time Olympic gold medalist and World Cup champion Carli Lloyd, reinforcing why the Annexus Pro-Am has become one of the most diverse and entertaining events of the week.

Entertainment is well represented as well. The Office favorite Brian Baumgartner add personality and humor throughout the course, while country music standout Zach Top – who will also take the stage at the Coors Light Birds Nest later in the week – brings a music-world presence to the fairways.

What makes the Annexus Pro-Am unique isn’t just the names on the tee sheet, but the atmosphere it creates. Fans get a rare, up-close look at stars in a relaxed setting, interacting with PGA TOUR professionals, soaking in the energy of the course, and enjoying a day that blends competition with accessibility and fun.

Tee times for the Annexus Pro-Am will begin Wednesday morning on the Stadium Course, with pairings and starting holes announced Tuesday night. For fans planning to be on site, it’s a chance to experience tournament week from a different angle – one where celebrity sightings are just as likely as birdies, and the buzz of the WM Phoenix Open is already in full swing.

English, a five-time PGA TOUR winner, captured his first victory since 2021 at the 2025 Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines. He went on to finish No. 13 in the FedExCup standings, qualifying for the Playoffs for the 11th time and advancing to the TOUR Championship for the fourth time in his career. During the season, English recorded four Top-10 finishes and made 21 cuts in 23 starts, while also representing the United States at the 2025 Ryder Cup. He returns to TPC Scottsdale for his 13th career WM Phoenix Open appearance, with his best finish a solo third in 2016.

Straka delivered the best season of his PGA TOUR career in 2025, capturing two victories and establishing himself as one of the TOUR’s most consistent performers. Wins at The American Express and the Truist Championship marked his first multi-win season and brought his career total to four PGA TOUR titles. He qualified for the FedExCup Playoffs for the seventh consecutive year, advanced to the TOUR Championship for the fourth straight season, and finished No. 30 in the final FedExCup standings. Gotterup continued his rapid ascent on the PGA TOUR during the 2025 season, highlighted by a victory at the Sony Open to open the year, the third TOUR title of his career. Later in the season, he captured the Genesis Scottish Open, qualified for the FedExCup Playoffs for the first time, and advanced to the TOUR Championship, finishing T10 in the final standings. A former Haskins Award winner at the University of Oklahoma, Gotterup continues to establish himself as one of the TOUR’s rising stars.

Young enjoyed a landmark 2025 season, highlighted by his first career PGA TOUR victory at the Wyndham Championship. He recorded eight Top-10 finishes and 12 Top-25s, finished T4 in the FedExCup standings, and advanced to the TOUR Championship for the second time in his career. Young also made his Ryder Cup debut on home soil at Bethpage Black and returns to TPC Scottsdale for his fifth WM Phoenix Open appearance, building on his best finish, a solo eighth in 2024.

McNealy produced the most consistent season of his PGA TOUR career in 2025, qualifying for the FedExCup Playoffs for the fifth time and advancing to the TOUR Championship for the first time. He finished T23 in the FedExCup standings and recorded five Top-5 finishes during the season, continuing a steady upward trajectory on TOUR. McNealy has also enjoyed success at TPC Scottsdale, posting back-to-back Top-10 finishes, and will make his fourth career appearance at “The People’s Open” in 2026.

Berger comes off a resurgent 2025 season on the PGA TOUR, qualifying for the FedExCup Playoffs for the seventh time in his career and his first since 2021. He finished No. 45 in the standings after advancing to the BMW Championship, highlighted by a runner-up finish at the WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale. A multi-time PGA TOUR winner, Berger returns to “The People’s Open” with renewed momentum and a proven track record at the Stadium Course.
