If your plans change or you’re looking for passes to the tournament, AXS Official Resale is the official, secure marketplace for buying and selling WM Phoenix Open passes.

When you purchase through AXS Official Resale, every pass is verified and authenticated, giving you confidence that your purchase is valid for entry. Sellers can list eligible passes with ease, while buyers can shop knowing they’re using the tournament’s trusted resale platform.

    How resale works

Click “List Your Passes” and
log in.

Go to “Your Tickets” & choose
the order with the passes
you want to sell.


Click “Get Started” to first
prepare the passes to be resold.

Once prepared for sale,
click “Sell”.

Check the box beside each
pass you want to list for sale.

Click “Continue”
to enter your selling price
and listing options.

Follow the prompts to
set up your payment account, review details & complete your listing.

Important resale information

  • Not all passes are eligible for resale.
    • Only Mobile ID passes are eligible. Physical passes cannot be listed for resale.
  • If the “Sell” button is not displayed or is grayed out, this indicates that your passes are not eligible for resale.
  • Once you’ve listed your passes, they will be immediately available for other fans to buy.
  • While your pass is actively listed for sale, it cannot be used for event entry. If you decide to attend the event using your original pass, you must first remove the resale listing.
  • There is no guarantee that passes can  or will be resold.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Seller resale information

General Info

  • All resale listings are posted and sold anonymously through AXS Official Resale.
  • As the seller, you determine your listing price and, if applicable, the listing expiration date for each pass.
  • You may remove your listing at any time before it has been sold.

Seller notifications payments

  • You will receive an email confirmation from AXS when your listing has been purchased.
  • At that point, you will see the appropriate funds (the selling price of the pass, minus a seller fee) in your AXS account.
  • Following the conclusion of the event, you may initiate a transfer of your available funds to your designated financial institution. Once the transfer is processed, funds are typically deposited into your bank account within 7–10 business days.

Buyers resale information

General Info

  • Shop AXS Official Resale to view all available resale passes in one secure marketplace at fair market prices.
  • If an event is sold out, keep checking the event for passes listed for sale by other fans that may be available.
  • Every AXS Official Resale pass is 100% valid. Buying passes from other fans with AXS Official is safe, simple and worry-free.
  • All passes are delivered as Mobile ID tickets and can be accessed through the AXS mobile app for iOS and Android.
  • For assistance with your mobile passes, please contact AXS or visit Tournament Guest Services, located north of Bell Road between Hayden Road and 82nd Street. Guest Services is open daily from 7:00 a.m. until the conclusion of play. For Coors Light Birds Nest events, Guest Services is located at the venue entrance at Bell Road and 82nd Street and is open Wednesday through Saturday beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Yes. All passes purchased through AXS Official Resale are verified and guaranteed to be valid for entry. To help ensure a secure purchasing experience, only buy passes through AXS Official Resale. Passes obtained from unauthorized third parties or scalpers cannot be verified or supported by the tournament.

Your estimated payout will be displayed before you publish your resale listing.

No. AXS manages the payment and pass delivery process, so buyers and sellers never need to communicate directly.

You choose how long your listing remains active when you create it. You may also remove your listing at any time before it has been sold.

Not all passes are available for AXS Official Resale. This could be due to the event being unavailable for resale or the pass may be classified as a special offer/ticket that is non-transferable.
