Opening Acts Announced For Coors Light Birds Nest

The opening acts for the 2016 Coors Light Birds Nest have been confirmed as Dylan Scott, Davey Arnold, Kelley James and Manufactured Superstars will open for the star-studded lineup. Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster (800-745-3000, and at all Ticketmaster outlet locations.

Dylan Scott will open for Country icons Rascal Flatts on Wednesday, Feb 3. Scott, an emerging country artist signed to Curb Records, recorded numerous songs including “Making This Boy go Crazy” which sold in excess of 130,000 units with more than 2.5 million views of the accompanying music video.

The Thursday, Feb. 4 performance will feature two Phoenix natives as 24-year-old singer/songwriter Davey Arnold will open for Country megastar Dierks Bently. Davey’s debut EP “Hotter in July” features six original tracks written or co-written by Davey. With his blend of modern country sound highlighting steel and electric guitar, Davey has opened for national acts such as Craig Morgan, Chris Janson and Joe Nichols.

Before Robin Thicke takes the stage on Friday, Feb. 5, Kelley James will pump up the crowd with a mash-up of rock, pop and the beachside vibes of California. James’ most recent album, “The Pattern Transcending” achieved a Top-20 spot on the iTunes singer/songwriter charts. James owns his own record label named Kelley James Music and built his career on the road with over 1,200 shows played to date.

Manufactured Superstars, opens the final night of the 2016 Coors Light Birds Nest before Dutch DJ Tiësto. The DJ/production duo from Colorado are known for their trademark stage costumes which consist of matching NASA spacesuits and often share the stage with a six-foot-tall teddy bear. Their high-energy, accessible and technically challenging style can be heard on terrestrial, satellite and web radio stations worldwide.

Coors Light Birds Nest general admission tickets start at $50 while VIP tickets are available starting at $200 each and provide exclusive access to the Absolut Vodka VIP area where guests are treated to a complimentary catered dinner, complimentary drinks and access to a newly redesigned premium viewing area for the shows. Organizers encourage fans to buy their tickets early as ticket prices may increase as the event draws closer. The Dierks Bentley show is sold out.

The Coors Light Birds Nest is located directly across from the main Waste Management Phoenix Open tournament entrance at 82nd Street and Bell Road. The entertainment venue opens at 3:30 p.m. and closes at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
