La organización The Thunderbirds – anfitrión del torneo Waste Management Phoenix Open – anunció el día de hoy que Ricky Barnes recibirá la última de las cinco exenciones de patrocinadores para jugar el Waste Management Phoenix Open, el cual abarcará del 29 de enero al 4 de febrero en TPC Scottsdale. Un grupo de 132 jugadores competirá por el bolso de $6.9 millones, el cheque de primer lugar por $1,242,000 y 500 puntos FedExCup. Asimismo, Wyndham Clark y Tom Lovelady, graduados del Web.com Tour, también les fueron adjudicados las exenciones durante el fin de semana.
